agron, inc. is the official licensee of adidas accessories. We create products that help you perform better, play better, and feel better. Whether on or off the court, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Lifetime Warranty for duffels and backpacks guarantees our product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product or 5 years. If you believe you have purchased a defective adidas duffel or adidas backpack from a retailer within the last five years, you may be eligible for a replacement bag. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear. Please review the information below about filing a claim to return your product to us for evaluation. .

If you have purchased one of the following accessories: adidas socks, adidas underwear, adidas headwear, or an adidas water bottle and you believe the accessory is defective please note that we do not warranty these items; however, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When filing a claim, choose the proper Accessory category on the first page of the claim. We will evaluate your claim and respond to you in 7-10 business days to let you know if your claim has been approved along with further instructions.

We reserve the right to determine whether any adidas accessory product is defective or damaged through normal wear-and-tear. Wear and tear are not covered under warranty. We do not replace products that were replaced from a previous warranty claim.

ABOUT FILING A CLAIM - We recommend using a smart phone.

  1. You must be located in the United States and have a valid US postal address, as we do not ship to PO boxes.
  2. You will need the product with you before completing the claim form on the following pages.
  3. We recommend you complete the form using your smart phone as photos of the product will be required. Using a smart phone will make this process much easier.
  4. If you can include a copy of your receipt, it will help facilitate your return.
  5. After selecting the type of Accessory you are returning, you will be asked to enter the style number into the claim form. The style number can be found on the product information tag. (Examples of where to find your style number will be shown once you have selected your Accessory type).
  6. After completing this online form, you will receive instructions via email on how to proceed.
  7. Keep your tracking number on your return shipments, once available, for your records.
    Note: The cost of return is the responsibility of the returnee/customer as agron, inc. (adidas Accessories) will not issue call tags for warranty claims.
  8. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the adidas Accessories warranty team to process your warranty claim.

  • If you have filed your claim already, you should have received an email with your claim number; please reply to that email. Please be sure to keep the subject line exactly as it is, so we can easily find your claim. We typically respond within 1-2 business days of the receipt of your email.
  • If you are having any issues with the warranty claim website, and have not placed a claim, please call our customer service team at (800) 966-7697. If you have received your claim number, please use that number when calling to enquire about your claim.
